Does your child love to tumble, but is not as interested in the vault, uneven bars, or balance beam? Then TUMBLING is for them!

60 min class, meets 1 time per week
Beginning Tumbling

(Co-ed, Ages 6 & up)

In Beginning Tumbling boys and girls the fundamentals of Tumbling.  This class provides a solid foundation for more difficult skills to be learned as students gain strength, coordination, and confidence.

60 min class, meets 1 time per week
Advanced Beginner Tumbling

(Co-ed, Ages 6 & up with instructor approval only)

Advanced Beginner is the next step for boys and girls, building on the fundamental level of floor exercise skills (tumbling) they’ve acquired in Beginner Tumbling.  Our emphasis is not on who’s the fastest, the strongest or the best, but on the adventure of growth and learning.

60 min class, meets 1 time per week
Intermediate Tumbling

(Co-ed, Ages 6 & up with instructor approval only)

Students focus on more advanced tumbling skills at this level, including back handsprings, so instructor approval is required for safety.

60 min class, meets 1 time per week
Advanced Tumbling

(Co-ed, Ages 6 & up with instructor approval only)

Lots of experience is needed for our most advanced tumbling class.  Students must already have an unassisted, confident round-off back handspring on the floor in order to be considered for this high-impact class for dedicated tumblers.

60 min class, meets 1 time per week
Middle School/Junior High Tween Tumbling

(Co-ed, entering 5th grade & up)

Peer fit is important, especially for tweens and teens looking to learn Beginner & Intermediate level tumbling skills.  While the class focuses on great fundamentals, the social environment of being grouped with students similar in age, is just as important.
