45 minute class, meets once a week
MINI Ninjas (Co-ed, 4 & 5 years old)

Perfect for preschoolers, childhood development is the at the heart of this class, using positive reinforcement for kids who are learning how to learn. They will swing, roll, balance, train locomotor skills and practice coordination. 

60 min class, meets 1 time per week

Our entry level Ninja classes focuses on all the basics of movement through space.  Our skill focused curriculum is broken into four disciplines that every child loves to learn; rolling, running, flipping and swinging through the gym. Strength and balance challenges teach grit too!

Mighty Ninjas (Co-ed, 5+)

The "Next Level" of ninja.  While Ninja classes focus on the fundamentals and safely moving through space, Mighty Ninja class starts to challenge kids with more complicated free-running skills, real acrobatics, rolling over obstacles and grip strength swings on bars, ropes, and obstacle courses.

60 min class, meets 1 time per week. Coach recommendation
Master Ninjas (Co-ed, 5+)

​Each Master Ninja class is going to vary based on the strengths of the coach, the equipment available in the gym you train, and the dedication of the kids, but one this thing is for sure... it's AWESOME! Time to start doing big flips, big swings, and big vaults.  All the stuff you see in the movies?  Bring. It. On.

Ninja classes are designed with "whole body" development in mind. Classes are created with a skill focus, balance and strength challenges that develop young bodies and minds to help children GROW. STRONG.
