Ninja classes focus on "whole body" development.  This means classes are created to challenge young bodies AND young MINDS, with games and creative problem solving. We recognize that in order to keep kids motivated on their journey FUN HAS TO BE AT THE CORE of everything they do in the gym!

MINI Ninjas (Co-ed, 4 & 5 years old)

45 minute class, meets once a week

Perfect for PRESCHOOLERS!  The class curriculum is geared to childhood development, using positive reinforcement for kids who are LEARNING how to LEARN.  We use colorful Animal badges to encourage growth in areas like CARING and THINKING.

Of course, we still want them to be little monkeys!  They will swing and roll and balance, train locomotor skills and practice coordination.  Then, at the end, it's time for THE GAME!

Ninja Monkeys (Co-ed, 5+)

60 Minute class, meets once a week

Our entry level Ninja classes focuses on all the basics of movement through space.  We break our skills curriculum into four disciplines that every kid LOVES to LEARN.  They'll roll, run, flip and swing through the gym.  ​

Throw in weekly strength challenges, skills of the week, and THE GAME and you have a class that's sure to please anyone that wants to be a NINJA!

Mighty Ninjas (Co-ed, 5+)

60 minute class, meets once a week. Coach recommendation

The "Next Level" of ninja.  While Ninja classes focus on the fundamentals and safely moving through space, Mighty Ninja class starts to challenge kids with more complicated free-running skills, real acrobatics, rolling over obstacles and grip strength swings on bars, ropes, and obstacle courses.

Master Ninjas (Co-ed, 5+)

60 minute class, meets once a week. Coach recommendation

​Each Master Ninja class is going to vary based on the strengths of the coach, the equipment available in the gym you train, and the dedication of the kids, but one this thing is for sure... it's AWESOME! Time to start doing big flips, big swings, and big vaults.  All the stuff you see in the movies?  Bring. It. On.
