Summer Camp FAQs
Summer Camp Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a Summer Camp enrollment, please EMAIL frontdesk@nullgeminigymnasticsacademy.com. Cancellations cannot be processed over the phone/text. A cancellation fee will be assessed if camps are cancelled after February 8th, 2025.
Cancellation fee schedule:
- February 8 - April 30: 25% fee
- May 1 - May 31: 50% fee
- June 1 - Day before camp begins: 75% fee
No refund will be issued if a student withdraws after the beginning of the camp or if a student is dropped for disciplinary reasons.
A full refund will be issued to parents if a camp is cancelled by the gym.
