Floor

  • Forward roll on the floor (tuck)
  • Backward roll down the incline (tuck)
  • Lunge handstand to 3/4 lunge
  • Lunge cartwheel lunge with correct start and end position
  • Bridge with head off the floor for 10 seconds
  • Candlestick shape

Beam

  • Releve hold for 5 seconds (R/L)
  • Releve walks forward with straight legs
  • Bear walk
  • Arabesque (R/L)
  • Straight jump dismount

Bars

  • Jump to front support
  • Cast with straight arms and good form
  • Bat hang
  • Roll down

Vault

  • Run, jump to board safety stick
