  • Lunge handstand hollow lunge (hold 2 seconds)
  • Front walkover
  • Handstand forward roll with straight arms
  • Back extension roll to 3/4 handstand (bent or straight arms)
  • Back handspring
  • Front handspring

Beam

  • Split jump to 60°
  • 1/2 turn or full turn
  • Handstand on high beam
  • Cartwheel on high beam
  • Cartwheel on high beam
  • Cartwheel to handstand dismount
  • Leap to 60°

Bars

  • Glide
  • Cast to horizontal
  • Back hip circle
  • Mill circle
  • Squat on
  • Front hip circle
  • Tap swing
  • 5 Pull ups / 5 leg raises

Vault

  • Vault to handstand flat back on mats 36"
  • Handspring vault over the silver table

Plus

  • Plank hold 30 seconds
  • 10 push ups
  • Full turn on floor
  • Leap to 60°
  • Ability to focus & good work ethic
