Walking into your first gymnastics class is a big moment, for your child and for you. At Gemini Gymnastics Academy, we’re intentional about making sure every gymnast feels welcomed, encouraged, and excited from the very start. Our philosophy is simple: we coach the whole child. Warm-Up: Energy, Connection, & Fun
We kick off every class with a warm-up that sets the tone of high-energy, playful, and designed to help kids feel at home. You’ll see gross motor skills, creative movement, and kid-friendly cardio, all mixed with laughter and team-building moments. This is where students start to build trust with their coach and bond with their classmates. It’s our way of saying: You belong here.
Rotating Through the Equipment
Once everyone’s warmed up, it’s time to explore the gym! Our recreational classes rotate through bars, beam, and floor, with vault stations woven into the monthly curriculum. Each event includes age-appropriate drills that build strength, coordination, balance, and confidence. Kids work at a pace that feels right for them, while our coaches gently guide, cheer, and support every new challenge they take on.
Learning Skills With Encouraging Coaches
At Gemini, we believe in progress over perfection. Whether your child is trying a forward roll for the first time or refining a more advanced skill, our coaches meet them right where they are. We celebrate big wins, small wins, and all the “almost!” moments in between. Every class lays another brick in your child’s gymnastics foundation and most importantly, boosts their sense of accomplishment and self-belief.
A Proud Finish
We wrap up each class with a high-five moment! Kids receive a stamp and a chance to share something they’re proud of from the day. They leave feeling empowered, energized, and excited to come back.
